Pivot® Inflatable Positioner

The pump works smoothly and the inflatable core lets me adjust firmness on the fly, which I didn't expect to love as much as I do. It's soft against the skin but holds its shape when I need it to. Honestly, this thing's become a staple in our routine.

The shape actually holds up way better than I expected once inflated, and that soft lining makes a real difference during use. I've tried a few positioners before, but this one lets me adjust the angle mid-session without losing momentum, which is exactly what I needed.

The pump built into the base makes adjusting the firmness mid-session effortless, and the soft lining stays comfortable even when fully inflated. I've used it lounging and for support during play, and it holds its shape without any hissing or deflation. It's become a permanent fixture on my bed.
