My partner was nervous trying a gag for the first time, but the heart shape is so much less intimidating than a standard ball. It stayed comfortable during our whole session and was easy to breathe through the whole time.

The heart shape is a nice change from the usual boring ball, and the breathable design actually made it less claustrophobic than I expected. It's comfortable enough for a beginner, though I wish the strap had a bit more padding for longer sessions. Still, it did the job and we had fun with it.
